Welcome to agcwin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and agcwin ("we", "us", "our", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the agcwin website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Service provided by agcwin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User to access the Service.

• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User to their Account balance for the purpose of placing wagers.

• "Withdrawal" means funds transferred from a User's Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility Requirements

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. agcwin strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and are not prohibited from accessing online gaming services under any applicable law or regulation.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party and are using the Service for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not currently self-excluded from gambling services operated by agcwin or any other operator.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

2.1 Geographic Restrictions

While agcwin primarily serves Indonesian players, certain jurisdictions may prohibit or restrict online gambling. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with local laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. agcwin reserves the right to restrict or terminate access from any geographic location at our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of the Service, you must create an Account by completing the registration process. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Create a unique username and strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Verify your identity by providing supporting documentation such as Indonesian ID (KTP), proof of address, and selfie verification when requested as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
• Maintain only one Account. Multiple accounts created by the same User are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Account Verification

agcwin operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) and identity verification requirements. You agree to provide all requested documentation promptly to verify your identity, age, and payment methods. Failure to complete verification within reasonable timeframes may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. Verified information must match your banking details used for deposits and withdrawals.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account. You must immediately notify agcwin customer support if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your Account. agcwin is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access unless such access resulted from our negligence or breach of security protocols.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

agcwin supports deposits and withdrawals via Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified.
• Deposits are processed instantly during business hours. Processing times may be extended during bank holidays or outside standard banking hours.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• agcwin reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that violate these Terms or raise AML concerns.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during standard business hours (WIB timezone). First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and processing time.
• You may only withdraw funds to payment methods verified under your name. Bank account or e-wallet name must match the name on your agcwin Account.
• agcwin reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or as part of AML compliance.
• All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals of unplayed deposits may be declined.
• Withdrawal fees may apply depending on payment method and transaction amount. Fee schedules are available in your Account settings.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on agcwin are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Exchange rate fluctuations for international transactions are the responsibility of your financial institution.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

agcwin may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically require wagering a specified multiple (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Expiration: Bonuses may expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While bonus wagering is active, maximum bet sizes may be restricted.
• Abuse Prevention: agcwin reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if bonus abuse, irregular betting patterns, or violation of promotion terms is detected.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Place bets in good faith for entertainment purposes only.
• Not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or other irregular play.
• Not use automated betting systems, bots, or third-party software to place wagers unless explicitly permitted.
• Accept that all game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live events and are final and binding.
• Not engage in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or other strategies designed to exploit pricing differences or promotional offers.

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting including football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Champions League), bandar bola (football betting markets), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and handicap betting, the following rules apply:

• All bets are settled based on official results and statistics as determined by agcwin's designated data providers.
• If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, settlement rules specific to each sport apply as outlined in our betting rules.
• Obvious pricing errors or technical glitches are not valid and bets placed at incorrect odds may be voided.

6.2 Casino and Slot Rules

Live casino games, slot games, and other casino products are governed by the rules published by their respective providers. By playing these games, you accept the provider's terms and game rules as binding.

7. Responsible Gaming

agcwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools to help you maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Control maximum losses over specified time periods.

• Colluding with other players or engaging in syndicate betting.

• Harassing or abusing other players or agcwin staff.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Platform.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

agcwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account with or without notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct.
• You fail to complete identity verification procedures.
• You engage in bonus abuse or violation of promotion terms.
• Required by law or regulatory authorities.

Upon termination, any remaining Account balance (excluding forfeited bonuses and winnings from breach of Terms) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or chargebacks.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform including logos, trademarks, software, graphics, text, and game content is the property of agcwin or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, agcwin shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure login credentials.
• Losses incurred from gambling activities. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent risk and losses are part of the entertainment experience.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts with authority over international gaming operations.

For Indonesian residents, local consumer protection laws and regulations apply to the extent they do not conflict with international gaming standards.

agcwin reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email notification or prominent notice on the Platform.
